President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) 2019-2020
The Ronald Reagan PTA is proud to sponsor the President’s Volunteer Service Award Program (PVSA). We have teamed with the White House to become a Certifying Organization for the award which recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation over the course of a 12-month period.
Service Dates: May 1, 2019 – April 30, 2020.
Printed service log sheet and printed application must be turned into Ms. Dominguez or Mrs. Johnson no later than Tuesday, March 16th, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to turn your log and application in early. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING LATE SUBMISSIONS.
*The Deadline for submitting hours is March 16, 2020. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The PVSA Award Ceremony will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
How to submit an application:
The PVSA application can be found in the digital Welcome Packet. Please print and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have not received an email from Michelle Dominguez or Carlil Johnson by November 1st, please contact us. If you did not turn in an application, but would still like to participate, please refer to the Reagan PVSA criteria information to see if you have hours that qualify.
How to log hours:
Please log your service hours in the provided Reagan PVSA spreadsheet.
